Stock Status

Product pages display real-time stock availability. Items showing "low stock" or "sold out" cannot be added to the shopping cart. II. Order Placement and Contract Formation

Order Process

After selecting items on the Larkmila website, completing shipping information, and finalizing payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email only signifies that we have received your order request. The formal contract between you and Larkmila is established only when we send the "Order Dispatch Confirmation" email—at which point the sales contract becomes effective.

Order Review

We reserve the right to review every order. In the following circumstances, we may unilaterally cancel the order and issue a full refund, notifying you via email of the reason:

• Incomplete or clearly incorrect order information;

Order Modifications and Cancellations

We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that modifications or cancellations can still be made once the order has entered processing or dispatch stages.
